Abstract
This study focused on the Entrepreneurship competency required by business Education student in establishing small scale ventures, Akwa ibom State as case study. The study is was specifically focused on examining the entrepreneur competencies required by business education students in establishing small scale ventures, identifying the factor limiting the development of entrepreneurial competencies in business education and determining the factor hindering the establishment of small scale ventures in Akwa Ibom State. The study adopted the survey research design and randomly enrolled participants in the study. A total of 200 responses were validated from the enrolled participants where all respondent are Business education students of Akwa Ibom State University, Akwa Ibom.
